today I wanted to share with you the incredible time I had with my very good friend Roman yesterday evening.
He lives in Long Island City (Queens) and he's been telling me for quite a while to go and check out that area.
It was indeed in my to-go list but for different reasons I hadn't been there yet.
So yesterday we decided to catch up, we took the Ferry on East 34th Street in Manhattan, and in less than 10 minutes we got there!
Even "the journey" (if I can call a 10mins trip "journey"!) to get there was extremely pleasant. This is the view we had from the Ferry.
Taking this Ferry at sunset time is really amazing! The colors of NYC were so beautiful, my camera doesn't really make justice!
And here are also a couple of videos:
I can't choose which one I like the most!
Once we got there, the view was even more incredible.
There's a nice path for people walking and running along the East River.
If you were to ask me, I would say this is one of the (many) best spots to enjoy the sunset in NYC!
As you can see it's like a park where you can relax or work our.
Roman, I have to admit you were right, it's amazing around here!!!
Ok, I promise, this is the last (but maybe the best) video I will share for today :)
I hope you enjoyed this simple content!
